I am SO hungry! I don’t understand.
Breakfast: wheat toast with avocado spread, egg fried in olive oil and a little hot sauce, Post workout (burned ~400 cals): wheat toast with 1 tbsp almond butter and 1 tbsp honey (ugh way too much honey, it was sickening unfortunately) Lunch: 1/2 cup of veggie crumbles (Morningstar), 1 cup sweet potato, 1/2 cup red cabbage, clove of garlic and curry, Afternoon snack: 1.5 bananas (made into banana ice cream), 1/2 cup almond milk and green tea. So far today my net calories are 698 which is normally fine before dinner and evening snack. I know I’m not dehydrated so that’s not the problem. I’m staring at the clock waiting for 5:30 which is when I usually start cooking dinner. Not a good feeling!
On a lighter note I’m heading back to the Gulf Coast to spend memorial day weekend with the family. Tyler and I are going skim boarding (we haven’t done it since last summer, we were horrible at first but we ended up getting decent at it!) so I’m really excited. I really want to grill some veggies and get plenty of sun time. I love Baton Rouge but I’ve really wanted to be home lately. As much as I hate being away from Ty, I think it’ll be good for me to be coast bound for a while.
